Matrix Fitness Strengthens UK Sales Team With Senior Appointments

Matrix Fitness, the world’s fastest-growing commercial fitness brand, is delighted to announce the continued expansion of its UK sales team with the appointments of Andrea Oliver and James Bent to senior national account roles, alongside the addition of three new Sales Executives, Tom Edge, Freya Davis and Fiona Crockett.

These strategic hires reflect Matrix Fitness UK’s sustained growth and success in the market, and its ongoing commitment to strengthening customer support and partnerships nationwide.

Andrea Oliver joins as Senior National Key Account Manager, reporting into Danny Melling, National Key Account Director. In her role, Andrea will lead and develop relationships with national and multi-site operators, working closely with internal teams across sales, projects, service and education to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience.

Commenting on her appointment, Andrea said: “What I’m most looking forward to in the role is getting out to meet new clients, building strong relationships and really getting stuck in. I’m excited to drive new business opportunities and gain a full understanding of our key accounts. Andrea brings extensive industry experience, having previously held senior leadership roles including Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager at Pulse Fitness, followed by Sales Director at Inspace Fitness, where she led national sales strategy, key accounts and commercial growth across the sector.

James Bent joins Matrix Fitness as Senior National Account Manager, also reporting into Danny Melling, with responsibility for managing and growing national accounts, developing long-term partnerships and supporting operators with tailored, performance-led solutions.

James joins Matrix Fitness with a strong background in national and regional account management, having previously worked with leading global brands including Mattel, Technogym and Precor, managing major retail and fitness operator partnerships and delivering large-scale commercial projects.

In addition to these senior appointments, Matrix Fitness UK has further strengthened its sales presence with the addition of Tom Edge, Freya Davis and Fiona Crockett as Sales Executives, expanding regional coverage and enhancing day-to-day customer support across the country.
