HeadCoach 2.0 delivers personalized, data-driven analysis and feedback directly in the FORM App and FORM Smart Swim Goggles. After each pool swim, athletes receive a tailored piece of feedback, just like an on-deck coach would provide, and a focus area for their next session, including how to best execute this feedback. This approach makes it easy to understand what the single most important element is for a swimmer to work on, and they will be reminded of what to focus on in their goggles during their next swim.

HeadCoach 2.0 changes that by analyzing key metrics, including distance per stroke (DPS), stroke rate, pace, heart rate and FORM Score, along with FORM’s unique HeadCoach data. Availability

HeadCoach 2.0 is now available to all FORM Premium subscribers. This feature delivers personalized analysis and insights across all pool swims, including swims within HeadCoach Plans, Guided Workouts, and Free Swim sessions. After an initial free one-month trial, continued access to Premium costs less than $10 USD per month.

Introducing HeadCoach 2.0 marks the next evolution of FORM’s digital coaching ecosystem, following the initial launch of HeadCoach in 2023, HeadCoach Skills in 2024, and HeadCoach Workouts and Plans earlier this year.
