Following the success of its Surry Hills wellness club Urban Oasis, Merrylands is debuting a “relaxed,” light-weight lifting space, and the four-story North Sydney (Victoria Cross) site will feature private infrared saunas and ice baths, small-class reformer sessions, and a dedicated strength training floor.
Scaling “everything under one roof,” members gain 24/7 access to its network of seven sites, 1.5K weekly classes, and community events.
Social gain. Across Australia, operators are reenvisioning fitness for social wellness.
