Aviron Expands Product Line With First-Ever Gamified Treadmill and Loadable Dumbbells

New products highlight Aviron’s continued commitment to expanding fitness entertainment and gamified experiences for users

Aviron, the leading gamified fitness platform known for bringing together habit-forming psychology with immersive game design, today announced the launch of the Aviron Loadable Dumbbells, and the upcoming launch of their newest connected at-home fitness solution: the Aviron Treadmill. Known for their award-winning rowers, and following the successful roll-out of the Aviron Fit Bike, these innovative additions underscores Aviron’s commitment to ending boring workouts. With cutting-edge gaming technology features and high-quality hardware, Aviron is primed to revolutionize the connected at-home fitness category with best-in-class, motivating, and engaging workouts on-demand, anytime.

Beginning today, new and existing members can sign up for early access to pre-order the first fully gamified treadmill to hit the market, which will start in early November on avironactive.com. The treadmill will feature Aviron’s popular gamified fitness entertainment platform, allowing users to tap into the largest variety of original content in the connected fitness space. Members can train, play, stream, and compete across multiplayer games that extend to the Aviron Strong Rower and Fit Bike. From game modes and live races to scenic routes for running and walking, as well as instructor-led classes, members will get access to engaging and motivating content that extends both on and off the treadmill. Enhancing the entertainment element, members will be able to access their accounts across Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Paramount +, Hulu, YouTube, and Max for live and on-demand content.

The Aviron Treadmill is slated to deliver to homes nationwide starting in early 2025 and will retail for an introductory price of $2,499. The Aviron Premium Access Membership starts from $24/month providing users with unlimited access to all content on the Aviron platform. Additional features of the Aviron Treadmill include:

  • Fitness Entertainment Meets Running: Powered by gamification, Aviron transforms workouts into habit-forming experiences by integrating dynamic storytelling, interactive environments, and progressive challenges across all programs, including Aviron’s newest open-world format game, SkyQuest.
  • Ultra-Low Design: With a mere 4-inch platform height, the Aviron Treadmill breaks the mold of elevated, bulky treadmills, bringing running and walking back to ground level, and providing users with a more natural and realistic experience, allowing boundaries to be pushed with confidence and safety that comes with feeling grounded.
  • Authentic Running Experience: With an advanced CloudStrike Deck design feature with six shock absorbers to cushion every step and engineered with a wider-than-average belt (520mm), it provides extra room and comfort for users to take on their workout.
  • 22” HD Touchscreen: Providing an engaging, immersive, and gamified workout experience, users can track their progress, compete on the live leaderboard, and access the full library of on-demand content.
  • Seamless Speed and Incline Adjustments: With a max speed of 12.5 mph and incline auto adjustments up to 12.5%, users can level up their workouts without interruption

The Aviron Loadable Dumbbells, now available for purchase, allow users to further customize and level up their workouts. With two sets available, users can load up dumbbells from 7.5 lbs to either 25 lbs ($299) or 45 lbs ($499). Featuring rubberized color-coded plates with a premium matte finish, and a rotating bar that ensures a natural, neutral grip, helping to reduce the risk of wrist strains, users can integrate the dumbbells into Aviron’s guided workouts across its platform. Debuting in 2025, Aviron will be introducing standalone strength workouts to expand the platform’s library of content.
