Create progression-based workout programs in just 10 minutes—completely free.
Boostcamp, a rapidly growing free weight training app with over 600,000 users, announced today the launch of Boostcamp 3.0. This update introduces the Web Program Creator, a powerful new desktop tool that lets users design complex workout programs in as little as 10 minutes. These programs can be followed on the mobile app, shared with friends, or published within Boostcamp’s community of over 2,000 programs.
Michael, co-founder of Boostcamp and an avid fitness enthusiast, explains the innovation behind the new Web Program Creator: “Our goal was to replace cumbersome spreadsheet programs with a user-friendly yet powerful tool. We’re excited to see how lifters build programs with this free tool and welcome any feedback.”
The Web Program Creator adds to an existing suite of features to help lifters reach their fitness goals. On Boostcamp, lifters can follow science-based programs made by renowned coaches, create their own personalized programs, or just track workouts – all for free with no ads.
