Centr, the Official Competition provider for the sport of HYROX, today unveils a major update in the sport: the debut of the Centr x HYROX Official Competition Perform Turf, a custom-engineered surface set to be used in every HYROX race going forward, starting with the 2025 World Championships tonight.

When seconds matter, consistency counts. The Centr x HYROX Official Competition Perform Turf is made for sleds, speed, and strength. The Perform Turf’s precision-engineered 16mm pile and density create ideal friction for sled pushes and pulls, delivering smooth resistance for race-day conditions and training in the gym or at home. The patent-pending pile was tested in over 200,000 durability cycles, guaranteeing consistent race-condition friction for uniform flow that doesn’t stick across global competition. Its modular lane system fits home gyms, studios, and training spaces, providing the exact surface used in HYROX competitions, so there are no surprises on race day.
