What began as one woman’s search for a place to play basketball has turned into one of the region’s most dynamic adult sports communities. Full Court Coed Hoops (FCC Hoops) — the flagship brand — has quickly grown into the broader Full Court Sports Club, a multi-sport hub designed to bring adults together through basketball, volleyball, and beyond.

Founded by Brittney Tewksbury in late 2024, FCC Hoops started as a small pickup basketball group. Less than a year later, it has expanded into Full Court Sports Club (FCC Sports Club LLC), a community that now supports basketball, volleyball, and soon pickleball. The FCC community has already grown to 300+ members, with dozens of adults showing up weekly to play, compete, and connect.“

“Basketball was always my outlet — mentally, physically, socially,” said Tewksbury. “When I moved here, nothing existed for adults who wanted to play consistently. I didn’t want to assume that just because it wasn’t here, it couldn’t happen. What blows me away is how fast this has grown. People come in thinking they’re just getting a workout, and they leave with new friends, accountability, and this fire to keep showing up. We’ve never had to cancel, spots fill every session, and new faces continue to roll in week after week.”

Now:

  • Basketball runs twice weekly (Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings)
  • Volleyball launched this fall with an indoor series that’s already gaining traction.
  • Pickleball will be introduced once outdoor play winds down, testing new indoor offerings.
  • Tournaments: FCC has successfully hosted three high-energy basketball tournaments, complete with branded merch, local business partnerships, and prize sponsorships.

FCC’s model offers what adults crave: structured, competitive play without the rigidity of leagues. Games are fast-paced, skill-balanced, and community-driven — designed for former athletes, weekend warriors, parents, and professionals who still want real competition and connection. In a community where adult recreation often takes a back seat to youth sports, FCC fills a major gap by giving grown-ups a place to compete, connect, and belong.

With highlight reels, player spotlights, and partnerships with local businesses, FCC has become more than a place to hoop — it’s a movement rooted in community, accountability, and joy through play.

The future of FCC Sports Club includes expanding indoor access, scaling tournaments, testing new sports like pickleball, and continuing to refine a replicable model for community-based adult recreation.
