CARE, the world’s first platform designed to support the total human experience, officially launches with a bold new vision for the future of wellness. Built to integrate biological, psychological, social, and spiritual wellbeing into one connected care system, CARE redefines what it means to truly care for people in a fragmented world.

CARE was founded by Tevin Lucas, a former college football standout turned pastor, and Douglas Warstler, co-founder of the viral social app Yik Yak. Coming from entirely different worlds — sport, ministry, and social technology — the founders were united by a shared realization: modern systems of care are deeply siloed, often addressing symptoms while overlooking the full human experience.

Lucas’s journey began with a career-altering knee injury during college football — an event that revealed how recovery extends far beyond the physical body. “The hardest battles weren’t physical,” Lucas shared. “They were mental, emotional, and spiritual. Healing has to be whole.”

Warstler, meanwhile, witnessed firsthand how technology — originally built to connect people — could easily devolve into environments that foster division, isolation, and harm. Together, the founders asked a foundational question: What would it look like to build technology that genuinely supports human flourishing?

Despite explosive growth in the $5 trillion global wellness industry, rates of burnout, anxiety, loneliness, and disconnection continue to rise. Most wellness solutions remain fragmented, treating physical health, mental health, relationships, and spirituality as separate pursuits rather than interconnected realities. CARE exists to change that.

CARE offers a new model: a unified ecosystem that brings together science-backed practices, personalized tools, and values-driven care across every dimension of life. The platform is designed to help users not only perform better, but live more peacefully, connectedly, and intentionally — uniting what has long been separated: science and soul, performance and peace, health and healing.

The platform’s phased rollout began in February 2026 with the launch of the CARE Founders Club — an early-access experience designed to introduce personalized practices, holistic resources, community-driven tools, and expert-backed frameworks. Each element reflects CARE’s whole-person philosophy and has been developed in collaboration with Expert Contributors, leaders across every dimension of wellness. Additional platform features and experiences will be introduced throughout 2026.

“We don’t just need more wellness tools,” Lucas said. “We need better systems — systems that support care in every area of the human experience.”

CARE represents a shift away from transactional wellness and toward relational, proactive care — positioning itself not as another app, but as a movement to redefine how people care for themselves and one another in the modern world.
