Today marks the official launch of gen-well, a women’s health community created to cut through the noise of information overload and provide women with a trusted platform for connection, knowledge-sharing, and support. Designed to meet women at every stage of life, gen-well fosters dialogue across diverse health perspectives and revives the tradition of women gathering to exchange insight, strengthen connection, and navigate life together with resources grounded in both science and experience.

Founded in 2024 by Cat Duff, a former New York advertising executive turned entrepreneur, gen-well was born out of a deeply personal journey. Following the birth of her first child, Duff struggled to navigate a barrage of conflicting advice and felt the lack of postpartum support firsthand. With the arrival of her second child, a daughter, she recognized the dire need for a platform that not only helps women in the moment but also creates a framework for future generations to be better prepared to take control of their overall well-being and have a supportive network that fills the need for human connection and relatability.

“Women deserve more than conflicting advice and endless misinformation. By bringing together diverse perspectives, Off With Your Coat helps women better understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health.

Informed by Duff’s deep experience in advertising and marketing, and her understanding of how brands often exploit women’s vulnerabilities, gen-well curates only resources that are truly trustworthy and supportive of women’s well-being.
  • Femme Supper Club: A first-of-its-kind ticketed dining experience in Boston, reviving the centuries-old tradition of women gathering face-to-face to exchange knowledge and share science-backed insights about their bodies, enriched by global wellness practices.
  • Partnerships and Nonprofit Support: Strategic collaborations with leading brands and nonprofit organizations driving women’s health initiatives and advancing critical research through dedicated grants.
