Healf Experience (HX25) Unveils Expanded Line-Up of World-Class Speakers and Brand Activations

Europe’s first immersive wellbeing event adds new speakers, including Chris Williamson, Dr Andy Galpin, and Gary Brecka, alongside newly announced brand experiences.

Healf Experience (HX25), Europe’s first three-day immersive wellbeing event, today announced an expanded programme of keynote speakers and brand activations ahead of its debut from 3-5 October at London’s 180 Studios. Designed to redefine how today’s consumers engage with and understand wellness, HX25 brings together world-leading voices and transformative experiences across Healf’s Four Pillars™ of Eat, Move, Mind, and Sleep, shaping a new era of wellbeing.

Building on the previously announced lineup featuring Gary Brecka, Jonny Wilkinson, and Dr Tara Swart, HX25 now welcomes more than 30 new speakers, covering topics such as biohacking, movement, and mindset. New additions include:

New Experiences: HX25 expands its program with additional immersive experiences, combining ritual spaces, interactive workshops, and exclusive brand launches and demonstrations.

  • Erewhon comes to London – For the first time in the UK, HX25 will serve signature Erewhon-inspired smoothies from the iconic Los Angeles grocer and celebrity hotspot. The menu will feature Gary Brecka’s Perfect Amino Smoothie, additional inspired Erewhon favourites, and new exclusive Healf blends, all served from the Healf Bar.
  • Experience the Hyperboot from Hyperice and Nike – Hyperice brings the future of warm-up and recovery to the HX25 show floor, where attendees can trial the Hyperboot firsthand, and explore demos of the newly launched Hyperice Contrast 2 Knee and Contrast 2 Shoulder devices, alongside the brand’s broader suite of leading wellness technology products.
  • H2Tab x Ultimate Human Takeover – A full-space takeover from The Ultimate Human, hosted by Gary Brecka, immersing attendees in his signature ecosystem of wellbeing routines and brands. The set-up will feature ice bath experiences, a showcase of the latest H2Tab launches, alongside live breathwork sessions and intimate conversations with Gary, bringing his philosophy to life.
  • Eight Sleep Product Launch – For the first time in the UK, experience the brand’s sleep fitness environment in person, featuring the debut of its new product launch, alongside the latest of its award-winning Pod 5 Core technology.
  • Exclusive Pvolve In-Studio Experience: Bringing Jennifer Aniston’s favourite functional fitness method to the UK for the first time, attendees can join exclusive classes to experience Pvolve’s signature approach to sculpting, mobility, and strength training.
  • Open Studio Sessions – Unlock a deeper connection with your body through breathwork, meditation, movement, and sound, led by the iconic Los Angeles-born studio, Open.
  • Live Podcast Recordings – Have a front row seat to live podcast recordings, including Raise by Coral Golding, who will uncover the nuances of female longevity in discussion with biohacking and female-health expert Kayla Barnes-Lentz.

Other brand activations include those from Bon Charge, Fatty15, HigherDOSE, LMNT, Momentous, Oura, SIRO Hotels, Thorne, V14, WHOOP, and more – each sampling, hosting workshops, or hosting a curated schedule of talks throughout the weekend.
