Healf Launches Inaugural Flagship Wellness Event in London: Healf Experience

Healf, the UK’s leading health-tech company on a mission to empower wellbeing, today announced the debut of Europe’s first immersive wellbeing event, Healf Experience (HX25). Taking place at 180 Studios, London, from October 3 to 5, 2025, the three-day event will bring together pioneering brands, leading influential voices, and experiences, set in one of the capital’s most iconic cultural venues, to shape a new era of wellbeing for today’s conscious consumers.

Co-founded in 2020 by brothers Lestat McCree and Max Clarke, Healf is the UK’s second fastest-growing company, garnering global recognition and a cult following with a growing community of over 325,000 customers. Now, with the launch of HX25, the brand will bring its philosophy to life, anticipating over 5,000 attendees in one place to experience the future of wellbeing firsthand.

Built around Healf’s owned philosophy, The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP, the experience will be split into themed sessions to help attendees connect with content that resonates with them the most. Curated programming will explore topics such as longevity, neuroscience, sensory tech, bio-individuality, creativity, relational wellbeing, and purpose.

Attendees will have access to immersive ritual spaces, interactive workshops, and optional pre-session activities. The event will also feature keynote talks and panel discussions from globally recognised opinion leaders and wellness disruptors, including Gary Brecka, Bryony Deery, Dr. Tara Swart, Kayla Barnes-Lentz, Jenna Zoe, Jonny Wilkinson, Rose Ferguson, and Roxie Nafousi. In addition, attendees will also experience live podcast recordings from Healf’s most iconic brands.
