Introducing The FightCamp Console & Trackers

FightCamp Introduces First-Ever, Two-Player Connected Home Workout Experience

Costa Mesa, CA / Jul 22, 2024 / FightCamp

FightCamp, the leading home boxing & kickboxing fitness company, announced today the release of The FightCamp Console & Trackers, a system that will enable two people to workout and be tracked simultaneously on the same screen. The new system, which connects four of the company’s proprietary trackers, will allow users to compete against and collaborate with friends and family members in real time, a nod to the in-home, two-player dynamic Nintendo introduced with its video game console back in the 1980s.

“It’s been a surprise to us how much usage spreads to others within a household,” says FightCampfounder and CEO, Khalil Zahar. “We have many households with more than one family member usingFightCamp. Our members desire to share the benefits of FightCamp with their friends, but previously, like with all other home workout options, only one person was able to use FightCamp at a time. This new feature will set FightCamp apart in a large way from others in connected fitness.”

FightCamp turned to user research to filter through the multitude of feature requests it received daily, and the results were quite unexpected. “We surveyed thousands of current and prospective customers and presented them with fifteen commonly requested features,” says Zahar. PartnerWorkouts rose to the top, closely followed by trackers that can track kicks during our Kickboxing workouts. A surprise to us was that live workouts ranked last, which was unexpected because live workouts are often a product anchor for competitors in the industry. ”

A Commitment to Innovation

This marks FightCamp’s third major leap in innovation. Initially, the company gained prominence by serving top professional fighters with their advanced punch tracking system. “Many of the world’s top fighters were using our original system to gain a training advantage back in 2016-2017,” says Zahar. “The US Olympic Boxing Team, Vasyl Lomachenko, and UFC Champ, Daniel Cormier to name a few.”

In 2018, FightCamp transitioned to a broader focus, combining punch tracking stats with streaming fitness content. This shift fueled significant growth leading up to and through the 2020 Covid pandemic. The introduction of the FightCamp Console provides a foundation to continue delivering unique and valuable experiences to members, including the highly requested feature of kick tracking which will be added in the near future.

The FightCamp Console & Trackers are available for purchase on the company’s website, fightcamp.com, today. They offer multiple equipment packages at various price points, starting from $399. Each package is paired with a monthly FightCamp Membership for $39/month.
