Running Mate, the first runshare app designed to make running safer for women, has officially launched a crowdfunding campaign through Honeycomb Credit. Founded by Dena Lewis after surviving two assaults while running alone, Running Mate provides verified, background-checked “mates” that women can book to run with for safety, support, or accountability.
