ANCORE and GymAware today announced the launch of the ANCORE Data Plate, a compact attachment designed to measure key training metrics during cable exercises with accuracy.
This is the first joint product from the two companies, combining GymAware’s gold standard velocity-based training technology with ANCORE’s rugged cable systems. The result is a smart, reliable device that gives athletes and coaches real-time feedback on every rep.
The ANCORE Data Plate connects directly to any ANCORE cable trainer and pairs with the free FLEX Stronger app for iOS and Android. Once in place, it delivers immediate insight into velocity, power output, eccentric metrics and rep count, helping users train with greater precision and intent.
