The event, which is mindbodygreen’s first-ever ruck and is free and open to the public, invites participants to walk together with or without weighted vests to discover how strength, oral health, and mindful recovery support overall well-being.
Hosted at Bayshore Club in Miami, Strong Strides will feature interactive experiences designed to inspire participants to move with purpose, recover mindfully, and smile confidently.
