ProsPac Holdings announced partnerships with Aescape, Ammortal Chamber, and TOTO to integrate advanced wellness and recovery technologies at Kaliʻu Ala Moana, a boutique condominium under development in Honolulu.
Through these partnerships, Kaliʻu will be the first condominium in the United States to offer resident-only access to AI-powered robotic massage, multimodality recovery chambers, and zero-gravity flotation bathing, technologies typically limited to luxury hospitality and private installations. Kaliʻu introduces these systems into a residential setting, giving residents consistent, on-demand access as part of everyday life.
“Kaliʻu reflects a fundamental shift in how residential living is being defined,” said William Chen, Vice President at ProsPac Holdings. “Wellness today is intentional and integrated into daily life. By combining advanced recovery technologies with design that supports calm, balance and longevity, Kaliʻu embeds well-being directly into the residential experience.”
Intelligent Robotic Massage by Aescape
Kaliʻu will be the first condominium in the country to feature Aescape’s intelligent robotic massage system, which uses AI-powered robotics and 3D body mapping to deliver personalized, self-guided bodywork sessions. Residents can adjust pressure, target areas, and session length in real time, enabling consistent recovery without human scheduling constraints.
“With growing demand for health and longevity practices, Aescape is expanding into new environments where wellness is a core pillar, including luxury residential settings,” said Stephanie Sollers, VP of North American Sales at Aescape. “Kaliʻu represents an important step in bringing intelligent bodywork into everyday life.”
Multimodality Mind-Body Recovery with Ammortal
Kaliʻu will also include the Ammortal Chamber, a guided wellness environment combining meditation, light, vibration, and molecular hydrogen to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and mental clarity. Sessions are designed to be brief and intentional, allowing residents to integrate recovery into daily routines.
“The Ammortal Chamber is designed to help shift the body out of fight-or-flight and into a reduced stress, or ‘rest and recover’ state,” explains Rob Insinger, Co-Founder of Ammortal. “We’re focused on creating a mini-daily retreat for members where they can work on intentionally resetting both their body and mind.”
Flotation Bathing by TOTO
Select residences and Kaliʻu’s Club & Spa will feature TOTO’s NEOREST Flotation Tub, the world’s first zero-gravity bathtub inspired by restorative soaking traditions. The tub simulates near-weightless immersion using gentle warmth and Hydrohands® water-jet massage, extending Kaliʻu’s wellness approach into the privacy of the home.
“At TOTO, we view bathing as a daily ritual that restores both body and mind,” said Tony Hang, Senior Regional Sales Manager at TOTO. “Integrating flotation bathing into Kaliʻu’s design reflects a thoughtful approach to wellness that values restoration and intentional living.”
Design-Led Wellness by Olson Kundig
Interior design by internationally acclaimed firm Olson Kundig reinforces Kaliʻu’s wellness philosophy through natural light, material integrity, spatial flow, and privacy. With a limited number of residences and highly intentional floor plans, Kaliʻu offers a boutique residential environment aligned with growing demand for simplicity, calm, and purposeful amenities.
By combining design-led living with advanced wellness technology, Kaliʻu is a forward-looking model for residential development in Hawaiʻi and beyond.
