HyperNatural Launches the Wearable Wellness Tee: A Clean, Plastic-Free Shirt Made With Jade Stone and Crab Shells

The limited-edition release marks the brand’s first gender-neutral product and challenges consumers to ask a simple question: Why is clothing not labeled like food?

HyperNatural, a bio-based materials company creating clean alternatives to synthetic performance apparel, today announced the launch of its limited-edition Wearable Wellness Tee, the brand’s first gender-neutral product and first apparel release designed for both men and women, a unisex loose-fit graphic tee made from organic cotton and Hyper-Cool Jade™ viscose, infused with jade stone minerals and chitin derived from crab shells.

The launch is built around a simple idea: consumers carefully read the labels on their food, supplements, skincare and cleaning products, but rarely stop to consider the materials touching their skin all day.

“Most people are working hard to eat cleaner, train harder, recover better, and reduce toxic exposure,” said Chris Kolbe, founder of HyperNatural. “We’ve learned to read ingredient labels on everything we consume, yet most people have no idea what’s in the clothes they wear every day. We believe the next frontier of wellness is your closet.”

Approximately 95% of performance apparel is made from synthetic plastic fibers, yet most consumers have little awareness of what their clothing is actually made from.

Unlike conventional polyester “dry-fit” shirts, the HyperNatural Wearable Wellness Tee is designed without petroleum-based synthetic fibers. The material blend is 60% organic cotton and 40% Hyper-Cool Jade™ viscose, creating a soft, breathable, cool-touch fabric that works with the body instead of trapping heat against it.

The tee is made with two unexpected natural inputs: jade stone minerals, which help create a cooling sensation against the skin, and chitin from crab shells, which helps naturally resist odor. HyperNatural’s material is designed to stay fresher longer, helping customers wear more and wash less.

The product packaging leans into the clean-food comparison. Each tee arrives rolled in a cylindrical container with a clear ingredient-style label that calls out what is inside — organic cotton, Hyper-Cool Jade™, jade stone, crab shell chitin — and what is not: 0% plastic, no PFAS, no BPA, no BPS.

While HyperNatural’s core collection has historically focused on men’s performance apparel, the Wearable Wellness Tee represents the brand’s first expansion into a unisex silhouette designed to bring its bio-based materials story to a broader audience.

The limited drop includes two graphic options: a white “Feels Good” Happy Mushroom tee and a black Magpie tee. Only 500 units of each color will be released.

The Wearable Wellness Tee is made in the USA and priced at $85. The collection is available beginning June 29, 2026 at HyperNatural.com.
