Nexture Bio has launched its NAD+ Doselet Clinical Early Access Program, inviting clinician-led wellness practices to be the first to offer the NAD+ Doselet ahead of its public market launch.
The NAD+ Doselet is a centimeter-sized, plant-based nanofiber patch applied to the inside of the cheek. Each Doselet is formulated to deliver 10 mg of NAD+ over approximately 10 to 15 minutes, while gradually dissolving and delivering a fresh, minty flavor before being swallowed. Sold in 30-unit packs, Doselets are designed as a patient-friendly daily NAD+ format.

“For the first time, wellness clinics and practitioners can offer a NAD+ format that fits perfectly into everyday wellness rituals in between visits, or for patients who don’t want an injection,” said Teryn Wolfe, founder and CEO of Nexture Bio.
The Clinical Early Access Program onboards wellness and medical professionals, offering exclusive access to first batches, alongside product education, patient-facing FAQs and early launch updates before the broader market.
“We’re hand-selecting clinics whose patient mix aligns with the platform, so the first practices to carry the Doselet help shape how we scale — not just for NAD+, but across the pipeline,” Wolfe added.
Doselets NAD+, a daily supplement designed to support cellular energy and metabolism, are sold in 3-count boxes of 10-milligram doses.
The high-tech, edible, plant-based nanofiber platform is a delivery technology first, with NAD+ as the lead indication. Nexture Bio is developing additional actives for the format and plans to pursue licensing partnerships with compounding pharmacies, telehealth clinics and longevity practices.
