SWEAT440 is launching SWEAT GIVES, a new initiative designed to give its studios and members a way to support organizations in their local communities.
For the first SWEAT GIVES campaign in Miami, SWEAT440 Brickell and SWEAT440 Miami Beach are partnering with Make-A-Wish Southern Florida for a week-long fundraiser taking place from October 3–10.
Make-A-Wish Southern Florida grants life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Throughout the week, SWEAT440 members, Make-A-Wish supporters and anyone interested in trying a workout can participate while raising money for the organization.
Special SWEAT GIVES classes will be available for $40, with 100% of the class fee donated to Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. Designated 10- and 20-class packs will also be available, with 50% of each purchase donated.
“SWEAT440 has always been about more than what happens during the 40 minutes you’re in the studio,” said Matt Miller, Co-Founder of SWEAT440. “Our studios become communities, and we wanted to find a way to use that to give back. We’re excited to launch SWEAT GIVES in Miami with Make-A-Wish Southern Florida and see how much we can raise together.”
The week will wrap up on October 10 with a SWEAT GIVES finale event bringing together the SWEAT440 and Make-A-Wish Southern Florida communities.

Miami will serve as one of the first markets to pilot SWEAT GIVES. Following the pilot, SWEAT440 plans to use what it learns in Miami to develop the program for other studios across the country, giving studios a way to partner with organizations in their communities and raise funds on their behalf.
SWEAT440 offers a 40-minute workout that combines strength, cardio and functional training across four 10-minute stations. A new class starts every 10 minutes, allowing members to arrive when it works for them rather than having to commit to a specific class time.
