Empress Health today launched empresshealth.ai, a science-backed support platform built exclusively for women in perimenopause and menopause. The launch coincides with World Menopause Day. Empress gives women aged 35 to 65 a free 3-minute assessment, daily symptom tracking, and Ask Empress, an AI companion available around the clock, now in beta.
Millions of women move through perimenopause each year with symptoms that disrupt sleep, energy, focus, and mood. Many are dismissed once and left to figure it out alone. Empress is designed for that gap: the 3 a.m. wake-ups, the brain fog at work, and the months between appointments.

- Ask Empress (beta). An AI companion that answers questions at any hour, drawing on the Empress knowledge library grounded in published menopause research.
- Daily check-ins and weekly trends. Check-ins take under a minute and surface patterns across sleep, mood, energy, and cycle.
- Health Intelligence assessment and Consult Report. Members complete a 15-minute assessment covering 120 health markers across 10 body systems, with no blood draws. It produces a printable report with symptom patterns, a timeline, and questions to bring to a clinician.
- Curated marketplace. Skin, hair, and wellness products chosen for this life stage, from sister brand Empress Naturals.
Clinical and wellness experts, including physicians in internal medicine and neurology, shape what Empress recommends. Empress does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or replace care from a woman’s own clinician. It helps her arrive prepared.
Pricing and availability
Empress is available today at empresshealth.ai. The assessment, snapshot, and weekly menopause science email are free. Essential membership is $9 per month or $90 per year and adds Ask Empress, the full Health Intelligence assessment, the Consult Report, and tracking. Premium membership is $19 per month or $190 per year and adds a 1:1 session with a menopause coach, community meet-ups, and seminars.
