Tovala Partners With Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint on New Longevity-Focused Meal Line

The chef-crafted line brings Blueprint’s longevity protocol to Tovala, making longevity-focused nutrition easier to put into practice at home

Chicago, IL / Oct 29, 2026 / Tovala

Tovala, the company combining smart oven technology with chef-crafted meals today announced Longevity Meals, a new line of meals built to the Blueprint protocol and certified by Blueprint, Bryan Johnson’s longevity company.  The line pairs Blueprint’s approach to nutrition with Tovala’s culinary expertise and smart cooking technology, bringing strict longevity standards to meals without losing the flavor and convenience Tovala customers expect.

As longevity becomes a bigger part of the wellness conversation, so does the noise around what to eat, what to avoid and which rules actually matter. Tovala and Blueprint have done that work upfront, translating the Blueprint protocol into a menu customers can fit into their week. The meals are designed to meet strict nutrition standards without asking people to give up the flavor, texture or made-from-scratch experience they want from dinner.

Each meal is built around lean proteins, healthy fats and nutrient-rich ingredients and is free from more than 100 banned ingredients, with no dairy, artificial preservatives, refined sugars or hydrogenated oils. Meals are designed around specific macronutrient targets, balancing protein, fat and carbohydrates for sustained energy, with most offering 8 grams or more of fiber and 35 grams or more of protein.

“Nutrition is something I’ve cared about personally for a long time, and I’ve always believed Tovala could play a bigger role in helping people eat well,” said David Rabie, Co-Founder and CEO of Tovala. “Blueprint has set a high standard for longevity nutrition, and this partnership is a chance to make that approach easier for people to actually live with day to day.”

The menu will include two always-available signature dishes, Super Veggie and Nutty Pudding, based on the same recipes Bryan Johnson eats as part of his personal Blueprint protocol, alongside a rotating weekly menu of chef-crafted meals that fit the strict criteria co-developed by both companies. Chef Tara Amanya, Johnson’s personal chef and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, helped craft and approve each meal to meet the Blueprint protocol, which is informed by longevity research conducted by Johnson’s clinical team, while still delivering on taste.

“In my protocol, every ingredient fights for its life”, shared Bryan Johnson. “For these Longevity Meals to be Blueprint Certified, they have to meet that same strict standard.”

Each meal is designed specifically for Tovala’s Smart Oven. With the scan of a QR code, the oven automatically runs the chef-developed cook cycle using precise heat. Customers can also log nutrition from every Tovala meal directly to Apple Health, where it can connect with the health and wearable tools they already use.

The new Longevity line also reflects the range of needs Tovala’s menu can serve, from everyday convenience to more specific nutrition goals. As customers become more intentional about how they eat, Tovala will continue looking for ways to support those needs through its meals and platform.

Longevity Meals  available now for Tovala customers throughout the continental U.S. through Tovala’s meal subscription service. To learn more, visit tovala.com/longevity-meals or follow @tovalafood on Instagram and Facebook.
