Canyon Ranch Launches Menopause Retreats

Canyon Ranch is getting prescriptive.

What’s new: The luxury wellness resort announced M/Power, a menopause and perimenopause retreat program launching March 2025 at its Lenox, Massachusetts location.

Momentum. Highlighting women’s health, the menopause care market is booming — expected to reach $27B by 2030. Providing a comprehensive experience, Canyon Ranch is taking a premium approach with its $7K three-night immersion limited to 15 participants.

Depth. The program includes blood work, hormonal panels, and body composition scans, plus one-on-one consultations with physicians, nutritionists, and mental health experts. Daily group sessions cover hormones, sex, stress, sleep, and nutrition.

Expansion. Canyon Ranch is scaling its offerings to capitalize on demand for IRL wellness.

• It launched lifespan optimization program LONGEVITY8 last December.
• Last fall, the brand partnered with the NBPA on athlete-inspired retreats.
• New builds, CR launched its first urban wellness club in 2023 and plans to debut an Austin resort/residential community in 2026.

Looking ahead: More than high-end spa services, Canyon Ranch sees outcome-based, condition-specific programs as a differentiator.
