2200 Brickell, the boutique Brickell Avenue condominium developed by Aria Development Group, Largo, and Place Projects, today announced an exclusive partnership with Nofar Hagag, founder of Nofar Method, to program, brand and design the building’s dedicated Pilates studio inside its Vitality Club fitness center. The partnership brings Nofar’s world-renowned instruction and marks her entry into the Brickell community, offering in-person, instructor-led sessions available to residents.

Inside the Pilates studio, residents have access to two Reformers and two Cadillac tables, with a Nofar-trained instructor on site whenever the equipment is in use.

“Wellness has been a core component of the 2200 Brickell vision from the outset. As a longtime Pilates practitioner myself, I felt strongly about creating a more thoughtful approach to fitness and movement,” said David Arditi, Founding Partner of Aria. “Our goal was to develop a dedicated Pilates and recovery space featuring expert-led content and best-in-class equipment that integrates seamlessly into the project’s broader wellness offering and residents’ daily routine.”

Before founding Nofar Method in 2019, Nofar spent more than a decade working hands-on with clients globally, the same experience behind the brand’s signature Reformer and Cadillac classes at Nofar Method studios in Flatiron, Tribeca, and Miami Beach. The method has trained more than 50,000 clients and was named one of Newsweek’s Best Boutique Fitness Brands of 2026 and Miami New Times’ Best Pilates Studio for 2026.

“I’m excited to be bringing the Nofar Method to the Brickell community, specifically 2200 Brickell where residents will have exclusive access to our program,” said Nofar Hagag, founder of Nofar Method. “Residents get the benefit of world-class fitness where they already live, on a schedule that complements their life.”

The Pilates studio sits within 2200 Brickell’s Vitality Club fitness center by Homage Fitness, alongside a treatment suite, infrared sauna, and the building’s fitness lawn. The partnership reflects the WELL Building Standard™ approach behind 2200 Brickell’s amenity program, where fitness and recovery are integral facets of the design and culture.

2200 Brickell is now welcoming residents into the five-story, 103-residence development at 2200 Brickell Avenue, which spans one- to four-bedroom homes alongside a limited collection of private garden villas. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by New York-based ODA, the project was conceived as a lower-density alternative to Brickell’s high-rise towers, built around wellness and daily livability rather than scale. The building’s final collection of residences is being brought to market by OneWorld Properties, the project’s exclusive sales and marketing team, led by President and CEO Peggy Olin.
