“We built our first purchase order thinking it would last at least eight weeks,” says co-founder Anthony Gustin, DC. “We sold out in two and a half days. We were wrong about how big this was going to be. The demand for real food that actually tastes good can’t be underestimated.”
Coconut Macadamia is the next flavor built the exact same way as the rest. Toasted coconut and buttery macadamia carry the entire flavor profile: nothing borrowed from a lab. The texture is soft, with real bites of coconut and macadamia built in for the textural interest.
