Alpha Fit Club (AFC), the fast-growing fitness format known for its high-intensity, community-driven training, today announced the return of Alpha Games: The Main Event, its third annual brand-wide competition, taking place October 3, 2026 at American Dream in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The sold-out event marks Alpha Fit Club’s biggest Alpha Games yet. Over 1,550 competitors and more than 750 teams will take the floor across three divisions: men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles, representing all 20 of Alpha Fit Club’s existing studios as well as the brand’s upcoming East Coast locations.
“Alpha Games is the one day a year where our entire community comes together to celebrate what they’ve been building,” said Sam Tooley, CEO of Alpha Fit Club. “Rather than competing in another brand’s event, Alpha Games is ours, built at scale, for a community that trains hard and shows up for each other every single day. With families cheering from the stands and kids watching their parents compete, it becomes less about the workout and more about the people beside you.”
Alpha Games is a members-only, doubles-format competition that brings Alpha Fit Club’s signature training format outside the studio walls. Teams of two will take on 1,000m SkiErg, 60 Dumbbell Thrusters, 80-Calorie Air Bike, 50 Med Ball Sit-Ups, 1,000m Row, 60 Burpees and a 1-Mile Arc Curved Treadmill Run.
Waves of competitors launch every 15 minutes starting at 7:00 a.m. ET, with the Elite Wave beginning at 7:00 a.m.
This year’s Alpha Games takes place at American Dream’s full-size ice rink, featuring two floors of balcony seating that provide spectators a front-row view of the action throughout the day. The venue will also feature a DJ booth, recovery lounge, beer garden, merchandise store and vendor village, transforming the day into a full-scale fitness festival. PLAE, Alpha Fit Club’s newly announced exclusive performance partner for all future studios, will design the competition space – bringing an elite training environment to the event. All activations are supported by sponsors and partners including Athletifreak, BodyArmor, Fleet Feet, Smartwater and Spear Physical Therapy.
