Altitude by Paragon Studio has been designed as a flexible, modular solution that can be easily incorporated onboard commercial or private aircraft. The programme combines guided exercise and mindfulness content with compact resistance bands, designed for use within the aircraft cabin.
The concept has been developed and tested within a controlled aircraft setting, allowing Paragon Studio to refine a suite of practical, low-impact exercises focused on circulation, mobility and passenger comfort. The resulting content is designed to be adaptable across a range of cabin formats and passenger profiles.
