The founders of Aurea, Chris and Lucas met in 2022 whilst pursuing their MBA’s. Lucas came from a background developing products in the chemical & pharmaceutical industry in Germany. Whilst Chris was running business development at US tech startups, working long hours and struggling to maintain his health. The two were both seeking a change of career and lifestyle. They bonded over their passion for health optimization and their personal experiences trying to navigate the industry, inundated with options, self diagnosis and unguided supplementation. The idea was simple; use their expertise to build an accessible product which incorporates personalization, offers medical-grade testing and uses only scientifically proven ingredients.

Aurea’s next generation approach uses evidence-based techniques and comprehensive data review tailoring to an individual’s specific biochemistry. Only a few drops of blood from the finger are needed to measure key biomarkers (such as B9, B12, Vitamin D, Iron and Calcium). Capsules are then formulated to contain a bespoke blend of essential micronutrients – such as Vitamin B’s, Vitamins C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Selenium and Zinc.
For those who opt in to the price inclusive self-administered finger prick test, results are received within 4 working days and the first supply of individualized capsules follows in 3-4 weeks. Members have the option to receive the product solely based on Aurea’s introductory quiz; however, finger prick testing is encouraged for more accurate formulation.
