Aviron, the connected fitness company combining habit-forming psychology and game design to drive more engaging, consistent workouts, has expanded its treadmill portfolio with three new models: Justice, Podium and Summit. Now available at avironactive.com, the lineup provides distinct machines for compact everyday training and working from home, performance running and steep incline training, with pricing starting at $1,999.
The expanded lineup represents a broader shift in Aviron’s product strategy. After growing a loyal customer base around connected rowing, Aviron has spent the past several years expanding across cycling, running and core training while continuing to innovate the Aviron World software platform connecting its hardware. Justice, Podium and Summit mark the next stage of that evolution, expanding Aviron’s treadmill offering to serve a much wider range of training needs.
The strategy reflects how differently treadmills are now used at home. Someone walking throughout the workday has different hardware needs than a dedicated runner or someone training for steep elevation. Rather than asking one machine to serve every use case, Aviron developed three distinct treadmills while keeping the connected software experience consistent across the lineup.
“Everything we build comes back to consistency,” said Andy Hoang, Founder and CEO of Aviron. “We’ve proven that a more engaging workout experience can keep people training. Now we’re expanding the hardware around that experience so more people can find the way they want to train. The opportunity for Aviron today is much bigger than any single modality. We’re building a connected fitness ecosystem around what keeps people moving and coming back.”
Three treadmills built for three different ways to train
Justice is designed for compact and multi-use spaces, combining full-speed treadmill performance with a folding footprint and optional walking-desk functionality. A 3.5 CHP brushless motor supports speeds up to 12.5 MPH and incline up to 15%, with a 20-by-59-inch running surface. Aviron’s SafeLift pneumatic-assisted folding system allows the deck to raise and lower with one hand. Justice is also compatible with the optional Aviron Treadmill WalkDesk, creating a stable work surface for walking while working.
Podium is built for performance running without giving up the flexibility of a folding treadmill. Its 4.5 CHP brushless motor reaches speeds up to 14 MPH and incline up to 18%, paired with a 22-by-60-inch running surface and CloudStride cushioning. Podium retains Aviron’s SafeLift folding system and is also compatible with the WalkDesk, allowing the same machine to support running, walking and workday use.
Summit is a purpose-built elevation trainer for steep climbing, hiking and high-intensity incline work. It reaches 42% incline and 6% decline, with a 4.5 CHP brushless motor, speeds up to 14 MPH and a 22-by-61-inch running surface, equipped with adjustable LED lights. Integrated hiking handles include speed and incline controls and heart-rate sensors for use at steep grades, while the Max CloudStride deck provides additional cushioning underfoot.
From category expansion to category depth
Founded in 2018, Aviron made its mark with a new approach to rowing. Since 2022, the company has accelerated its expansion, launching two new rowing machines, the flagship Strong Series Rower and the light StrongGo, the Aviron Fit Bike and Fit Bike S, the Victory Treadmill and the Victory Treadmill Plus as well as the Abs Hero core trainer, while continuing to expand the Aviron World software platform.
That expansion has been accompanied by continued strength in Aviron’s underlying business. Aviron is profitable year-to-date in 2026, while maintaining monthly membership churn below 2% even as its subscriber base has grown. The company has also seen strong early demand for its expanded treadmill lineup, selling through nearly its entire initial production run within the first three weeks and increasing its forecasts for the Black Friday and holiday period.
Across that expansion, Aviron has maintained the same core approach: combine high-performance, innovative hardware with habit-forming psychology, game design and workout variety to help people train more consistently and build habits that last.
With Justice, Podium and Summit, Aviron is increasingly building choice within its major hardware categories rather than relying on one machine to serve every customer. The approach allows the company to develop more specialized hardware while maintaining a shared software ecosystem across devices.
One connected platform, continuously evolving
All three treadmills run Aviron World, the same connected software platform used across Aviron’s rowers and bikes. Members have access to thousands of workout experiences spanning science-backed games, live competition modes, scenic destinations, structured training, on-demand classes, many streaming options and other interactive workout formats.
Aviron releases new workouts and content every month, firmware updates quarterly, and approximately three major platform releases each year, allowing the experience to continue evolving long after a machine enters a member’s home.
Over the past 18 months, Aviron has significantly expanded both the breadth and depth of the platform. In June 2025, the company partnered with Les Mills, bringing more than 300 studio workouts across strength, cardio, mobility, dance and immersive cycling to Aviron machines and the Aviron mobile app, with new content added quarterly. In early 2026, Aviron introduced Team Challenges, a cross-platform motivation tool where every workout contributes to a shared team total across rowers, bikes, treadmills and the Aviron app.
Aviron has also continued to expand its proprietary game and training experiences, including Live Terrain Mode, Streak Freeze, multiplayer Coached Classes, more than 40 new stages for member-favorite Boss Breaker game category, and expansions to brand new titles including Fishin’ Frenzy and SkyQuest, an open-world game that allows members to work out together across rowers, bikes, and treadmills.
Aviron’s software strategy is built around a simple goal: make working out addictive. By combining member research and surveys with behavioral psychology, game design and software development, Aviron studies what makes people work out longer, harder and more consistently, then builds those insights back into the member experience.
Aviron now serves more than 50,000 members, who have completed more than 4 million workouts on the platform. The company reports that 92% of members are still training with Aviron one year later, reinforcing its focus on continually giving members new reasons to come back.
