The countdown is officially on. Boca Paddle by CityPickle today announces Wednesday, November 18 as the Grand Opening date for Florida’s largest indoor/outdoor pickleball and padel facility, as memberships go on sale and construction advances on the 100,000-square-foot members club in Boca Raton.
Designed as a first-of-its-kind sports club for Florida, Boca Paddle will bring together pickleball and padel, indoor and outdoor play, spa/wellness, sports recovery, dining, work and social experiences within one 100,000-square-foot destination. The 25-court facility will feature 19 pro-cushioned pickleball courts, including a stadium court ideal for tournament play, and six high-clearance padel courts. The club will include 16 climate-controlled indoor courts — 14 pickleball and two padel — plus nine outdoor courts, five canopy-covered and four uncovered.
Beyond the courts, luxury amenities will include The Zone, featuring warm-up and recovery equipment and physical therapy services; spacious locker rooms with showers; saunas and cold plunge pools; a curated pro shop; co-working space with complimentary Wi-Fi and private phone booths; social spaces; private-event capabilities; and Farmer’s Kitchen by local favorite Farmer’s Table, a full-service restaurant and bar open to the public.
Boca Paddle will also serve as the official home of Major League Pickleball’s Palm Beach Royals, bringing professional pickleball programming and additional sports experiences to the facility.
Hard-Hat First Look Tours Begin October 7
Ahead of the Grand Opening, Boca Paddle will begin private Hard-Hat First Look Tours by advance appointment on October 7, giving prospective members and the public an exclusive opportunity to step inside the 100,000-square-foot facility as it advances toward completion.
The private previews will offer a rare sneak peek at the courts, amenities and social spaces taking shape and an opportunity to experience the vision for Boca Paddle before the club officially opens November 18.

Memberships Now on Sale: A World-Class Club Experience, Made Accessible
Boca Paddle by CityPickle Memberships are now on sale, offering the elevated experience, priority and sense of community of a private members club, with no initiation fee and flexible monthly options.
Individual memberships currently begin at $49 per month for Community, $149 per month for Standard and $299 per month for Plus, with couple and family options also available. Membership tiers provide progressively greater booking priority, programming
access and club benefits, creating options for recreational players, families and those who want Boca Paddle to become part of their everyday lifestyle.
Membership is initially planned to be limited to 1,000 members through 2026, creating a defined club community while offering multiple ways for the broader public to experience Boca Paddle. Paid day passes will be available for non-members at $35 for Boca Raton residents and $40 for non-residents.
Beyond the courts, Farmer’s Kitchen by Farmer’s Table will be open to the public, with no Boca Paddle membership or day pass required to dine, extending the club’s dining and social experience to the broader community.
Together, the model combines the elevated amenities, priority and community of a members club with more flexible ways to experience Boca Paddle, creating access for members, Boca Raton residents and visitors alike.
“We set out to create a world-class club, but world-class shouldn’t have to mean inaccessible,” said Brian Levine, a co-founder of Boca Paddle and first CEO of Major League Pickleball. “Our members will enjoy the priority, benefits and sense of community that come with belonging to the club, while paid day passes give others an opportunity to experience Boca Paddle as well. With Farmer’s Kitchen also open to the public, we’re creating multiple ways for people to experience this incredible destination while preserving an exceptional members-club environment.”
Powerhouse Partners Behind the Project
Boca Paddle brings together a powerhouse roster of local and national leaders spanning professional sports, development, hospitality, health and fitness.
Boca Paddle is co-founded by Brian Levine, Boca Raton entrepreneurs Stewart Davis and Mitchell Robbins, Butters Construction, and CityPickle, the New York City-born pickleball lifestyle brand serving as the club’s Operating Partner and Manager.
The project is further backed by an investor group that includes professional pickleball players Anna Bright, Ben Johns, JW Johnson, Jorja Johnson and Gabriel Tardio; national health and fitness operator Life Time; Hyperspace Ventures, and sports industry leaders Al Tylis, Richard Chaifetz and Ron Saslow.
A Public-Private Partnership Built for Boca Raton
Developed through a public-private partnership with the Greater Boca Raton Beach & Parks District, Boca Paddle was conceived not only as a premier members club, but as a long-term community asset.
Designed with Boca Raton residents in mind, the development has been engineered to minimize neighborhood impact through reduced outdoor noise, thoughtful traffic planning and reasonable operating hours. The hurricane-resistant structure is designed to meet FEMA standards, allowing it to serve as a public shelter in times of need.
“Boca Paddle is a defining moment not just for the sport, but for the city of Boca Raton,” said Mary Cannon, co-founder of CityPickle. “This facility will set a new national standard — pairing the passion of the paddle community with the sophistication of a true luxury destination. Alongside our incredible South Florida partners, we’re proud to bring the CityPickle experience to Boca Raton in a way that’s never been done before.”
Stewart Davis, a co-founder of Boca Paddle: “Boca Paddle by CityPickle represents an exciting public-private partnership with the Greater Boca Raton Beach & Parks District and is emblematic of the strength and vision of the partners behind this project. With powerhouse partners from both New York City and South Florida, this collaboration reflects a unique synergy — one that continues to fuel pickleball’s meteoric rise as America’s fastest-growing sport. Boca Raton was a natural and enviable location for a premier facility like this, and we’re thrilled the city recognized Boca Paddle by CityPickle as the right choice for this property.”

CityPickle, New York City’s home for pickleball, is redefining pickleball as a social and lifestyle experience centered around community, hospitality, and play. Co-founded by Mary Cannon and Erica Desai, the lifestyle brand debuted in New York City with the city’s first indoor pickleball club in Long Island City and opened its 37,000 square foot flagship in Times Square in 2026.
Both locations feature climate-controlled courts and a full service bar and restaurant, making the clubs ideal destinations to connect in person, spend quality time, and host events.
CityPickle operates 14 outdoor seasonal courts in Central Park’s iconic Wollman Rink and is opening a 60,000 square foot, 11-court pickleball hub in Dumbo at the Brooklyn Bridge in early spring 2027. Through seasonal activations at various locations including Hudson Yards, Atlantic Terminal, and Philadelphia’s City Hall, CityPickle continues to draw new communities to experience the growing sport.
CityPickle is partnering with industry leaders to open Boca Paddle by CityPickle and will manage the club.
