Burn Boot Camp (Burn) is launching a nationwide Mother’s Day campaign, “A Moment for Moms,” inviting members to bring a mom in their life to experience a complimentary 45-minute workout. The initiative is designed to give moms and women something they often go without: time, space and the support to focus on themselves.
For Burn co-founder and CEO Morgan Kline, the campaign is rooted in personal experience.
“I reached a point I couldn’t power through,” said Kline. “After my third baby, I remember standing in my closet feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and disconnected from myself. There’s so much pressure on moms to keep going, bounce back and do it all.”
The campaign invites women to step into a 45-minute, trainer-led Camp designed for all fitness levels, with personalized support, scalable workouts and an environment built on encouragement and accountability. With complimentary Childwatch offered at many locations, Burn aims to remove one of the most common barriers preventing moms from prioritizing their health.
“Most moms don’t lack motivation,” Kline added. “They lack support. They lack space. And they don’t always give themselves permission to take time for themselves. That’s what Burn wants to change.”
Members are encouraged to invite a mom in their life, whether a friend, sister, caregiver or mentor, to experience a Camp for free during May. The invitation is simple: a moment just for her.
