Centr, a health and wellness ecosystem founded by Chris Hemsworth, kicked off the new year by inspiring members to make small daily changes that will help them live their best life in 2024. Rather than subscribing to a “new year, new me” mentality, Centr and its founder, Chris Hemsworth, encourage its global community to commit to daily healthy habits, from working out to breathwork, meditation, and eating well.
