Circle Introduces the Gulf’s First Fully Integrated Combat, Fitness, and Recovery Brand

Born from a UK–Saudi partnership between two established businesses, Circle marks a new chapter in the region’s wellness evolution.

London, UK / Nov 3, 2025 / Circle

A new chapter in Saudi Arabia’s wellness evolution begins as Circle, a holistic wellness and performance centre, prepares to open its doors in the heart of Khobar next summer. The project is the brainchild of two founders, each a specialist in their field, combining global expertise with a deep understanding of local needs.

The Founders Behind Circle

Circle is the product of a collaboration between UK entrepreneur and fitness specialist Andrew Constanti and Saudi wellness innovator Salman Al Naimi, bringing together their established businesses to create a fully integrated wellness and performance centre.

Andrew Constanti, founder of the acclaimed UK performance gym BoxCentric, has built a reputation for developing athletes and transforming client performance at every level. BoxCentric has been home to world-class coaches and athletes, including professional heavyweight David Adeleye, and has become synonymous with high performance and community-driven fitness in London.

Building on BoxCentric’s success in the UK and its recent regional presence in Kuwait, Andrew identified Saudi Arabia as the next frontier for intelligent, inclusive fitness in a region where the right partnership could bring his expertise to life at scale.

Salman Al Naimi, a Saudi entrepreneur and Co-Founder of the advanced recovery centre Echo, has become a recognised figure in Saudi’s health and rehabilitation sector. Developed with Dr. Rayan Abdulwahed, Echo has established itself as one of Riyadh’s leading destinations for science-led recovery and rehabilitation, offering evidence-based solutions to elevate wellbeing.

Bringing Together Two Proven Models

Circle is the natural progression of two established businesses joining forces to bring forward the next gen of wellness Saudi.

  • Echo, co-founded by Salman Al Naimi with holistic wellness expert Dr Rayan Abdulwahed, has become a trusted name in rehabilitation and recovery, combining medical expertise with science-led wellness programmes that help people move and heal better.
  • BoxCentric, established by Andrew Constanti in London, is recognised for its community-driven performance environments and athlete-level training philosophy, counting professional heavyweight David Adeleye among its athletes.

By integrating these foundations, Circle introduces a model that unites performance and recovery within one environment – functional fitness born out of boxing and combat, enhanced by evidence-based rehabilitation.

Designed around six foundational areas, Circle combines state-of-the-art performance zones, recovery facilities, and social spaces. The centre features a high-performance combat and training area, alongside a recovery and rehabilitation zone equipped with advanced health technology. Balanced with natural light, greenery, and modern design elements, the space blends energy and calm to create an environment that motivates performance while encouraging belonging and community connection.

“Circle was built to meet a real need,” says Salman Al Naimi, Co-Founder of Circle. “People here want a place that doesn’t just follow global trends but sets a new standard that fits our community and culture, with the advantage of two established UK and Saudi businesses joining together.”

Andrew Constanti adds: “Saudi Arabia is in a defining phase. Circle combines our experience from London and Riyadh to create something lasting through already established UK and Saudi brands bringing combat , fitness and recovery – a space for everyone to train, recover, and belong.”

A Shared Vision for the Region

Together, Constanti and Al Naimi bring complementary strengths and the success of their established businesses, one grounded in elite performance training and the other in clinical recovery and wellness innovation. Circle represents their shared mission to create environments that empower movement, nurture balance, and inspire community.

From Khobar, Circle already plans to expand strategically across the Gulf and into the UK within its next 3 years, paving the way to export its ecosystem of integrated wellness and performance spaces.

“We have already proved that our brand works with our presence in Kuwait. Now with Saudi Arabia and with a visionary like Salman who built his own established recovery and health span brand business in Riyadh, we are set to be first movers in combining three pillars: Combat, Fitness and Recovery within one Circle”, says Constanti

Timing and Market Opportunity

The launch of Circle comes at a time when Saudi Arabia’s health and wellness market is expected to exceed USD 81 billion by 2033, growing at a CAGR of 9.7%. The Kingdom’s Vision 2030 initiative, promoting active lifestyles and international collaboration, continues to drive momentum for both local entrepreneurs and international investors entering the sector.

This evolving landscape presents a fertile ground for foreign collaboration, bringing world-class wellness expertise to meet the growing demand of Saudi’s health-conscious and youth-driven population.

“Circle was built to serve a real need. A space that doesn’t just follow global wellness trends, but sets a new standard rooted in community and performance,” said Salman Al Naimi.

“Saudi Arabia is in a powerful phase of transformation, and our goal is to provide a wellness model that reflects that. Ambitious, inclusive, and built to last,” added Andrew Constanti.

Wellness Market Momentum in Saudi Arabia

Following the regional entry of major international brands such as Equinox, GymNation, and Pure Gym, Circle arrives as a new contender that reaffirms the vast potential and appetite within Saudi Arabia’s wellness sector. Despite rapid development, the market still lacks comprehensive, community-focused wellness destinations in key accessible areas beyond Riyadh and Jeddah.

Circle aims to fill this gap, offering a 360-degree wellness experience that integrates performance training, recovery science, and community engagement under one roof.

Why Khobar

Located in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, Khobar is rapidly becoming a hub for both business and lifestyle, rated as “most-improved” city in the 2025 Economist Intelligence Unit’s Global Liveability Index. With proximity to Saudi Aramco headquarters, a large expatriate population, and growing young professional community, the city has evolved into a vibrant, forward-thinking environment that perfectly aligns with Circle’s values.

Khobar’s diverse population and increasing demand for premium yet accessible wellness services make it an ideal launchpad for Circle’s entry into the market and building its community bridging local authenticity with international standards. “With a strong team, a prime location, and two established businesses behind us, we have the expertise to create a frontier market.” says Constanti

Set to Open Summer 2026

The first Circle facility is set to open its doors in Summer 2026, offering a space that goes beyond fitness, merging recovery, performance, and belonging for men, women, and families alike.

With the partnership of two entrepreneurs who understand both global standards and local aspirations, Circle is set to become a benchmark for the next generation of wellness in the Gulf.
