Ciridian, the ultra-luxury sleep technology and longevity company, is introducing Generation II of its smart bed platform, the world’s first sleep system to unite three technologies into one: pressure relief, integrated cooling and Playback™ Sleep Intelligence. Generation II introduces two new models in addition to the signature 400 spring sleep system – the 300 and the 360. While you sleep, Ciridian continuously monitors your body’s interaction with the mattress, capturing changes in pressure distribution and sleeping position. Ciridian was founded by Bob Duncan, co-founder and Chairman of American Leather, one of the country’s premier high-end furniture manufacturers. The idea began with Duncan’s own experience with back and hip pain, which frequently disrupted his sleep. That question led to the creation of Ciridian, a fully bespoke sleep system engineered with true metal springs rather than the air-bladder technology commonly used by other smart beds. Each system contains independently controlled springs, using proprietary Intelligent Pressure Relief technology to detect pressure points and adjust firmness in real time, reducing the tossing and turning that interrupts deep and REM sleep.
