Body Fit Training (BFT) has continued its global momentum with the opening of its first Danish studio in Frederiksberg, earlier this month, on Saturday 6th December. As the brand continues to scale across Europe, BFT is also introducing new programming enhancements – including advanced cable training systems – to further strengthen performance outcomes for members and business owners alike.

BFT’s arrival in Frederiksberg brings its science-backed, coach-led training model to Denmark for the very first time. It’s a big milestone for the brand and a strong signal of its fast-paced growth across Europe, especially as BFT continues expanding into the Nordics, with BFT Frederiksberg being part of the brand’s Scandinavian master franchise agreement.

The launch is powered by BFT’s comprehensive onboarding, training and support, ensuring the new studio and franchisee Tage Flugiem can deliver the BFT experience with confidence from day one.

BFT is also levelling up its programming with the introduction of the ANCORE Pro cable system across studios next year. This upgrade unlocks more than 150 new cable-based exercises, giving members greater training variety and fresh ways to progress. The addition of cables means sessions can now include even more dynamic movement patterns that mirror how the body naturally moves in day-to-day life.

From increased core engagement to improved range of motion, the introduction of this new system opens up more opportunities for personalised coaching – allowing trainers to tailor exercises to different ability levels, goals and mobility. This, in turn, helps members build resilience, stay consistent and feel truly bulletproof, both in the studio and beyond.

“This system will allow us to continue developing and innovating our training in a multitude of ways,” said BFT head of programming, Sarah Nehme. “All of our resistance-based programmes will be enhanced with the addition of cables, which provide constant tension and loading as members move through unilateral and anti-rotational movements, thereby improving their stability and movement efficiency. It’s all part of our progressive training philosophy.”

For BFT’s founder, Cameron Falloon, the brand’s commitment to constant evolution is necessary for its continued success. “We know how important it is to give our studio owners and members the tools, education and innovations they need to succeed.

“Expanding into new markets while elevating our programming shows just how dedicated we are to delivering world-class training experiences. It’s an exciting time for the brand, and we’re extra proud to support every member of our BFT family. Roll on what’s in store for 2026!”
