Electrolyte brand, Humantra, whipped up excitement, yesterday with the launch of experiential London pop-up, The Great Cherry Bake Off, to mark the permanent return of its best-selling limited-edition flavour, Black Cherry, which has been added to the brand’s core product range.
Timed to coincide with the Great British Bake Off final yesterday evening (Tuesday 4th November), The Great Cherry Bake Off was attended by influencers in the lifestyle and beauty space such as William Grande, Graces Alexandra and Alice Johnson for a fun-filled afternoon of competition and creativity.
The event challenged bakers to create their ‘berry’ own cherry-themed cakes in just two hours. Attendees were welcomed by Mary Berry lookalike – Mary Cherry – who provided expert judging of the baked goods, with one standout baker taking home an engraved wooden spoon as the prize.
Throughout the experience, attendees had the chance to sample the newly relaunched Black Cherry flavour and enjoy mocktail creations inspired by the drink’s rich, fruity profile, while learning about Humantra’s commitment to optimal hydration and great taste. The event generated a flurry of social buzz, as bakers shared their culinary creations and the highly anticipated return of the fan-favourite Black Cherry flavour.
To generate further excitement and intrigue surrounding the activity, the brand sent the ‘Mary Cherry’ lookalike out on the streets of London ahead of The Great Cherry Bake Off, and Great British Bake Off final.
