Eudēmonia Summit, the transformational gathering dedicated to the science and practice of human flourishing, announces its “first wave” lineup of speakers for its return to West Palm Beach, Florida on November 5–8, 2026.
Returning headliners like Mark Hyman, MD and Jessica Shepherd, MD are joined by influential voices making their Eudēmonia Summit debut. Stacy Sims, MD, Nick Norwitz, MD, Ben Greenfield, Stuart McMillan, Tracy Anderson, Sage Robbins, Nsima Inyang, and Tommy Wood, MD, among many others, will all make their first speaking appearance at Eudēmonia Summit 2026.

Now entering its third year, the summit has quickly become one of the largest health and well-being gatherings in the world, with organizers expecting more than 8,500 attendees as demand for credible, science-backed health and well-being experiences accelerates.

With more than 130 speakers slated for this year’s upcoming Summit, this initial lineup is just the start for an event that is expanding throughout West Palm Beach. A second wave of speakers will be announced in June, with many favorites from last year also making a return.
Across three days, attendees can expect celebrity keynotes, vibrant, and sometimes controversial panels, experiential movement classes, restorative treatments and a health-tech expo, EXPOSŌME, showcasing more than 160 vetted and trusted brands at the forefront of diagnostics, wearables, recovery and performance optimization.
While reiterating this year’s commitment to scientific rigor and scrutiny, organizers are also exploring ways to fuel the positive community energy that has become a Eudēmonia hallmark, with a new “Eudēmonia at Night” program to offer live musical performances with just the right wellness twist. The full 2026 lineup of experts will be announced in waves over the next 5 months, with wave two to follow this June.
HEALTH INNOVATION LAB RETURNS
With its large, engaged audience and more than 160 participating brand partners, Eudēmonia also attracts founders, executives, and investors in the health and wellness space.
