With 75 new studio openings across its portfolio of brands (F45 Training, FS8, and VAURA), record-setting Average Unit Volumes (AUVs), and a series of strategic partnerships, the company continues to solidify its dominant position as the global leader in the boutique fitness category, redefining its offerings and setting new standards in the health and fitness industry.

2024 HIGHLIGHTS

Global Expansion

• 75 new studios opened across all brands, expanded the global footprint with a very strong pipeline heading into Quarter One.
• 87 franchises sold across all brands, reflecting the enduring and building demand for F45 Training, FS8, and VAURA Pilates.
• Expanded into new regions with Master Franchise partners, including the expansion of F45 Training in South Africa under the leadership of Functional Fitness South Africa Pty Ltd, FS8 in South Korea with Embrace, and an enhanced presence of FS8 across the U.K. and Europe through the continued partnership with Club Sports UK.

Brand Performance Metrics Year Over Year

• F45 Training: AUVs increased by 12.4% and Same Store Sales rose by 5.6% globally. AUVs reached all-time highs on a global basis as well as for North America and the US.
• FS8: AUVs increased by 23.9% and Same Store Sales rose by 8.3% globally.
• VAURA Pilates: AUVs surged by 51.1% and Same Store Sales increased by 21.6% globally.
• Global membership lead volume increased by 19%, underscoring strong continued consumer demand across the portfolio of brands.
• 23% year-over-year increase in franchise ownership inquiries.

Flagship Studio Launches and Brand Milestones

• VAURA Pilates: Opened flagship studio in New York City in January 2024. Designed with mirrored ceilings, captivating lighting, and dynamic music, VAURA offers a luxurious, sensory-charged fitness experience that is, “Athletic Pilates” at its highest level. VAURA is also our highest AUV concept.
• FS8: Opened flagship studio in Austin in March 2024. The popular FS8 brand combines Pilates, Tone, and Yoga into a unique low-impact, high-energy workout that strengthens the body and mind with certified trainers and instructional TVs throughout the studio helping each workout to be stress-free, effective, and fully engaging. FS8 is a category killer and receiving the highest level of franchisee interest.
• F45 Training: Introduced “Recovery by F45 Training” to complement functional training sessions, focusing on optimizing performance, restoring balance, and empowering members to recover. Recovery is focused on offering, infrared, saunas, cold, plunge, and percussion therapy, the perfect complement to any workout and a new revenue stream for our franchisees.
• Industry Recognition: F45 Training received notable accolades in 2024, including being named “Best Circuit Workout” by Men’s Health and earning a spot in Entrepreneur’s 2025 Franchise 500 ranking.

Strategic Partnerships

• HYROX: F45 Training partnered with HYROX as an official training partner to prepare participants for their first or next race. HYROX is the world’s fastest-growing fitness competition, combining running and functional workout stations.
• Samsung: F45 Training exclusively brought its functional training workouts to Samsung TV users globally through Samsung Daily+. This partnership provided free access to our amazing and unique library of cardio, strength, hybrid, and recovery workouts to over 100 million households, with the library continuing to grow and enhance the at-home fitness experience worldwide.
• Passport Program: F45 launched the F45 Training Passport Program to allow members to enjoy the same high-energy workouts at any participating studio globally. Members are ecstatic and have now gained access to over 1,400 studios and the ability to drop into classes up to six times per month at no additional cost helping build the world-class and enthusiastic fitness culture we are famous for.
• Battle Cancer: F45 Training partnered with Battle Cancer as part of its global initiative to raise awareness and funds for cancer charities. Battle Cancer, known for creating epic fitness experiences to support those impacted by cancer, joined forces with F45 during the week of October 21-27. Members participated in a Battle Cancer Takeover as a part of the F45 Challenge, featuring a special finisher workout in studio classes worldwide.
• Spartan: F45 Training partnered with Spartan as its Official 45-Minute Team Training Partner, introducing race-specific education and Spartan-inspired workout movements featured on F45TV in studios worldwide. This collaboration empowers F45 Training members and coaches to prepare for Spartan races while enjoying exclusive race perks and incentives.
• Dr. B: F45 launched a new partnership with leading telehealth provider Dr. B to allow qualified members to get membership fees reimbursed from pre-tax FSA / HSA savings. Additionally, F45 Training introduced a holistic prescription weight loss program, combining Dr. B’s medical care and GLP-1 medications with F45’s virtual, on-demand fitness and nutrition tools.
