FitnessKPI has been named in the Deloitte EMEA Technology Fast 500 2025, one of the most prestigious technology rankings at an international level. The program, running under the theme “Ambition at Scale” this year, recognizes the 500 technology companies achieving the fastest revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Founded in 2018 by fitness industry professionals with over 30 years of hands-on experience managing sports facilities, FitnessKPI has grown by staying true to a single conviction: that technology built from within a sector, by people who understand its day-to-day realities, delivers a different kind of impact. The company has evolved consistently since its founding, from its origins in business intelligence to becoming today an ecosystem that combines artificial intelligence, automation, and digital agents to transform the operational management of fitness chains and franchises. It currently operates across more than 25 countries, with over 1,500 clubs in its network and more than 3.5 million members analyzed.
“This recognition comes at the most significant moment in our company’s history. We have spent years building technology that is specific to the fitness industry. Not generic AI, but intelligence that understands what needs to happen inside a club to retain members, grow revenue, and scale. The Fast 500 gives us more conviction to keep going in that direction,” said Pablo Viñaspre, co-founder and CEO of FitnessKPI.
The direction Viñaspre refers to is the development of an AI agents platform that enables fitness operators to automate complete management processes autonomously, from identifying and recovering at-risk members to handling failed payments and personalizing the full member journey, without manual intervention and without the need for specialist technical teams. It is a step that positions FitnessKPI firmly on the path to becoming an AI company built for the fitness industry, and one that reflects precisely what “Ambition at Scale” means in practice.
