reThrive Labs LLC today announced that freddy users can now connect Google Health directly. The connection went live on November 2, 2026, after an early access period that began in September.
You can now connect Google Health with the Google account that holds your records. Google Health can hold records from a Fitbit or Pixel Watch, a phone, a person’s own logs and the apps that share with it. The connection works for iPhone and Android users.
What comes through: records from each category the user chooses to share, covering activity and fitness, sleep, health metrics and measurements, and nutrition. That includes daily totals, sleep sessions with their stages, workouts with laps and splits, and measurements such as heart rate, HRV, weight and blood glucose. freddy imports earlier Google Health history as far back as the user’s plan allows, and new records keep arriving on their own. Google Health records keep their own source label, separate from Apple Health or Health Connect copies.
To connect, open Sources in freddy, choose Google Health and select Connect, sign in to Google and review the requested permissions, then return to freddy. From there, the data is available in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity and any MCP client.
freddy is CASA certified (Cloud Application Security Assessment), following an independent security review by TAC Security, an App Defense Alliance lab.
“Many people have years of Fitbit and Pixel Watch records in Google Health. Now they can ask the AI they already use about that history, next to the rest of their data,” said Tom Tomaszewski, founder of freddy.
The Free plan covers one source and the last 7 days. freddy Pro is $49 a year for every supported source and full history. Setup guide: https://freddy.coach/help/google-health
freddy is a hosted MCP server from reThrive Labs LLC. It connects 100+ health and wearable sources, including Garmin, Apple Health, Health Connect and Google Health, to the AI people already use, so they can ask about their own sleep, training and heart rate data instead of general advice. freddy is free to start, Pro is $49 a year, and freddy never sells user data.
