In a first for the regional health and wellness industry, GymNation, the UAE’s leading gym chain, has announced a partnership with leading mental health and wellbeing provider, The LightHouse Arabia.
Together, both organizations aim to raise awareness and dismantle stigma surrounding mental health while highlighting the reciprocal benefits of physical activity and psychological wellness.
The LightHouse Arabia will support GymNation and its community of over 70,000 UAE members by inviting all GymNation members to participate in its ongoing series of free-of-charge monthly community webinars and range of support groups. The webinars cover relevant and important topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and the mental health benefits of exercise, which complement The LightHouse Arabia’s commitment to accessible mental health services for all. In addition, a range of practical wellbeing tips will be provided and shared throughout the GymNation fitness community and displayed across GymNation’s platforms.
