Helthfit Opens Android Testing for a Health App Built to Remove the Guilt from Staying Healthy

Helthfit today opened Google Play testing for its health and fitness app. The app is built around a simple idea: people stay consistent when healthy habits feel easy, not when an app makes them feel behind.
Most calorie and fitness trackers show users rows of numbers, punish missed days with broken streaks, and send late-night reminders. Helthfit takes the opposite approach. Each day, users get one calm plan that brings together what they eat, how they move and how they rest. A quick energy check-in shapes tomorrow’s plan. On a low-energy day, the plan scales down rather than counting it as a failure.
The app includes a food database of more than 2 million items with barcode scanning, workouts that adapt to the user’s energy, an intermittent fasting timer with custom windows, and trend-based progress tracking with private progress photos. It also has home-screen widgets and watch support. Users can export or delete their data at any time from inside the app.
“Most people don’t quit health apps because they’re lazy. They quit because the app makes them feel like they’re failing,” said the Helthfit team. “We built Helthfit so that a tired day still counts, and you always know the one next thing to do.”
