Traininpink, the female fitness app built around The Original Lymphatic Drainage Pilates (Pilates Linfodrenante®), today announced its international expansion into the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia, following the launch of its English-language app soft launch in April 2026.

The company enters its global phase from a position few consumer fitness apps can claim: fully bootstrapped and profitable, with $10M in annual recurring revenue, approximately 45,000 paying subscribers, revenue of around 9 million euros in 2025 (up 63% year on year), and the #1 position in Italy by revenue in the fitness category for three consecutive years (Sensor Tower, 2023-2025). Average LTV of $150 USD sits among the highest in an industry where churn remains the central problem, and early international traction is strong: the UK is already the company’s largest international market and has grown 15% month on month since the English launch.

Traininpink’s model runs counter to the category playbook. Rather than a generalist content library, the app is built entirely around one proprietary method: Lymphatic Drainage Pilates, created by co-founder Carlotta Gagna, which combines classical Pilates with lymphatic drainage techniques to address bloating, water retention and inflammation, the complaints most fitness programming ignores. Every session is led on camera by Gagna herself, in both languages.

“We did the opposite of what fitness apps are supposed to do: we removed disciplines instead of adding them,” said Matteo Minero, Co-Founder and Co-CEO. “One method, one face, maximum depth. That focus is why women stay. We built to $10M ARR without raising a round, and we are expanding into four markets from a profitable base.”

The roadmap leans into the industry’s biggest shift. On 12 October the company launches The 6-Week Debloat Challenge on its English app, followed on 23 November by Lymphatic Drainage Pilates with Weights, a dumbbell-based Journey designed for the GLP-1 era, when preserving lean mass while losing fat becomes a medical need rather than an aesthetic choice. In a poll of the company’s community of more than one million women, 43% asked for strength work alongside their Pilates.

“People do not want to train with an AI, and the retention numbers across the industry prove it,” said Carlotta Gagna, creator of the method. “Our answer is humans up front and AI behind the curtain: every session is led by a person, while AI personalises the experience underneath.”

Traininpink is headquartered in Dubai with its entire 30-person team based on site.
