Each strawberry-flavored chew blends moringa, goat’s rue and milk thistle, three herbs traditionally used to promote breast milk production. All three already appear in Legendairy Milk best sellers likeLiquid Gold and Cash Cow. Lactaboost is also fenugreek free. Many lactation supplements rely on fenugreek, which leaves a bitter aftertaste and doesn’t agree with everyone.
The new format responds to a real gap in how moms take supplements. Up to 40% of people have trouble swallowing pills and capsules, which makes it hard to stay consistent with a daily routine. More moms are choosing supplements that aren’t pills, and soft chew supplement sales grew 41% in 2024, according to SPINS.
Worries about milk supply are common, especially in the first weeks after birth and after returning to work. Lactaboost is designed to fit into those moments. Every chew is individually wrapped, so it slips easily into a diaper bag, a pump bag or a desk drawer.
