LINC, the health technology company founded by Paul O’Connor, today released the first images and video of its latest working prototype as it prepares for a 50-person pilot. O’Connor is a Cannes Lions Grand Prix-winning brand leader who spent 20 years at adidas, Unilever and L’Oréal.
LINC’s latest prototype integrates fluidics, pumps, electronics and UI in a fully functioning device. Testing has also confirmed accurate, repeatable precision liquid dosing.
Paired with the LINC app, the system is designed to use wearable data including sleep, recovery, HRV and strain to determine each user’s daily nutrient doses. Those doses will be adjusted by LINC’s AI-powered Autopilot engine within predefined safety parameters.
At the press of a button, the machine dispenses a chilled, personalised drink, morning and evening, replacing pills, powders and guesswork. Every serve is logged, so LINC also tracks adherence, one of the biggest challenges in the supplement industry, with a system built to make staying consistent easy.
LINC is also being designed to adapt nutrition around the menstrual cycle. Using cycle data from connected wearables, Autopilot will adjust nutrients such as electrolytes across different phases as individual needs change, rather than following the same routine every day of the month.
One machine supports up to five user profiles, allowing a household to share a single device while each person receives their own personalised dosing. A Custom mode allows users without a wearable to configure their own pour.
“Health tech has become brilliant at measuring and poor at acting. LINC closes that loop. We’re starting with wearables, but the vision is much bigger — connecting nutrition to data from blood, sweat, urine and gut health. Ultimately, we want LINC to become the execution layer for personalised health.”
— Paul O’Connor, Founder and CEO, LINC
Since unveiling the concept in June, LINC has built a waitlist of more than 4,000 people across 20+ countries.
The pilot
LINC is now preparing for a 50-person pilot that will put the system into real homes for the first time. Participant feedback and data will help shape the product ahead of commercial launch. Waitlist members will be the first to hear how to be considered for the pilot.

LINC formulations will undergo independent third-party testing. At launch, the platform is designed to connect with WHOOP, Oura and Apple Health.
LINC is a personalised nutrition system that uses wearable data and AI to determine daily nutrient doses, delivered as a single drink from a connected countertop device. LINC is targeting its first commercial launch in Austin, Texas, in 2027.
