Perfect Days Collective, a community-driven wellness organization dedicated to solving the great disconnect, is hosting Field Day: Recess for Adults, on June 27 in Prospect Park
Perfect Days Collective exists to help people reconnect with themselves, one another, and the world around them through thoughtfully designed experiences rooted in movement, cognition, connection, and sustainability. At a time when loneliness, burnout, and digital overwhelm continue to rise, Perfect Days Collective offers an alternative: real-world experiences that bring people back into relationship with community, nature, and play.
The brand was founded by Danielle Bitts, Gabe Snow, and Ken Yu, three longtime wellness professionals whose combined backgrounds span media, performance coaching, human development, and community building.
“Wellness has become increasingly complicated,” said Bitts, Founder & CEO. “Our goal is to simplify it. Human connection, movement, play, time outdoors — these aren’t hacks, they’re fundamentals. The consumer is overwhelmed, and our goal is to alleviate them of the pressures optimization culture has burdened them with.”
The trio launched Perfect Days at the start of 2026. It was important to the founders to build the brand with the same level of intention they hoped their future community would experience.
“Adults don’t need another wellness protocol. They need more opportunities to play, laugh, and remember what it feels like to be fully present with other people,” said Gabe Snow, Co-Founder of Perfect Days Collective.
Perfect Days offers multiple core services, including residential program design for buildings seeking added value for their tenants, workplace wellness offerings ranging from half to full day experiences or offsite retreats, and custom gym design, with spaces curated for the modern mover. The brand’s strongest expression of its mission, however, lives in its community events.
The team kicked off their initial round of events throughout the spring season, partnering with a local adaptogenic cafe and hosting a series of gatherings including breathwork with communal vision boarding, customized guided journaling sessions paired with cacao ceremonies, and somatic movement classes designed by the Perfect Days roster. Courses and experiences are led by both co-founders and the coaches + licensed practitioners they have recruited to be a part of the mission. The course curriculum consists of originally developed material that both educates participants and helps them apply new knowledge in real time. From how to live a nontoxic lifestyle to nervous system regulation tools, the library spans many subjects and topics across wellness.
This summer, the collective is expanding its event calendar with experiences designed to get people outside, moving, learning, and connecting. The “Summer Series” kicks off on June 20th with a Hike + HypnoBreathwork session in Beacon, NY, where participants will complete a 5-mile hike broken up by a guided breathwork session on the rocks. One week later the local community will gather in Prospect Park to remember what it feels like to be a kid again.
“Field Day: Recess for Adults” will consist of the original playground games, from potato sack race and water balloon toss to dizzy bat and the limbo. The founders tapped local coach Natalia Perez-Segnini to lead the day, which will also feature music, nourishing food and beverages, and a variety of recovery partners. The event is free to attend, with a suggested $25 donation supporting future community programming.
“This event is our stake in the ground against hyper-optimization,” said Bitts. “I say this as someone who spent years wearing all of the devices, obsessing over data, and pushing my body to the brink of breakdown thinking that it was healthy behavior. I’m now standing on the other side of the playground where intuition leads the way and I’m waving over as many friends as possible. It’s time to have fun again.”
Additional summer events include an introduction to beekeeping, bouldering in Central Park, an ambient sound experience in a classic car garage, and a paint + sip featuring herbal tea and guided emotional expression through color theory.
Perfect Days will continue expanding its network of trusted practitioners, educators, and wellness professionals both domestically and internationally. They recently paired with healing group Jungle Wellness, based out of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, and Alina Zamir, an acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine specialist located in Blue Zone territory, Nosara, Costa Rica. Additional medical advisory partners include Bespoke Physical Therapy, Medina Wellness, and Warrior NYC.
