The feature represents a meaningful evolution for the platform: rather than members navigating a library of programs and exercises on their own, Prehab Coach proactively surfaces what matters most to each individual on any given day. As members log workouts, follow programs, and update their profiles, the guidance adapts in real time, creating a continuously improving experience.
