Receipts has launched IRL check-ins across New York City, transforming more than 50 gyms, studios, run clubs, and public parks into a single network.
Available now in the App Store, users can download the Receipts app, connect their wearable, and earn rewards when they tap-to-check-in at partner locations. F45 Union Square, F45 Tribeca, SESSION TRAINING, District, Lyons Den Power Yoga, MOTIVNY, BODYROK, Rep Collective, Movement Room, Gotham Pickleball, Velto Pickleball, Founders House, Myo, and select run clubs have joined the Receipts network.
Gyms and studios benefit from a distributed rewards network and unique member engagement. People are rewarded for taking care of their health, supporting local businesses, and utilizing public parks. Fitness and wellness brands directly reach high-intent customers and community.
Tapping In
Gyms, studios, and run clubs in the Receipts network receive NFC-enabled pucks to facilitate real-world check-ins. Receipts pucks require no power or setup and operate separately from existing booking and client management software.
Participation in the Receipts network is free for location partners.
Receipts helps partners with discoverability, member engagement, and foot traffic. Every partner has placement on the in-app map, making it easy for people to discover and visit. Each partner’s logo has visibility whenever a user checks in at their location. Partners also have access to an analytics dashboard with unique insights from wearables and check-in data.
Users on Receipts activate rewards to complete when they tap-to-check-in at partner locations. Every time a user checks in, with any puck in the Receipts network, they make progress towards that reward.
