Participants will also learn how to stay on track while traveling, so their lifestyle works no matter where they are. - Week 4: The SWW A/B Workout Strategy
It’s time to work out smarter, not harder. Discover the SWW A/B workout strategy, the science behind Zone 2 and VO2 Max training and why strategic rest is essential for long-term results and performance. - Week 5: Stress, Cortisol and Hormones
From the teenage years through menopause and beyond, hormone health matters. This week is about thriving through every stage of life by understanding the connection between nutrition, stress, exercise and hormonal balance. - Week 6: Gut Health
The gut is the command center of health. Learn how to identify signs of imbalance, support the microbiome and optimize the system that houses 60% of immune function.
