By integrating these four modes, the system allows users to supplement traditional hypertrophy training with a focus on power, explosiveness, and muscular endurance. Additionally, the smart interface captures data for every repetition, providing a detailed performance analysis.
One effective way to explore i-Strength and its benefits is by taking a Strength Test. By following on-screen prompts, users receive an automated assessment of their maximum strength levels. The i-Strength then suggests specific resistance settings tailored to the user’s goals, whether they are training for endurance, raw strength, or power.
Spirit Fitness is building a comprehensive ecosystem designed for both members and facility operators:
- For Members: Through a Spirit Club account, users can save each session and monitor their long-term progress via historical workout data.
- For Operators: Powered by the Spirit Connect app, staff can monitor equipment health through error logs and analyze usage patterns for each unit to optimize gym floor management.
