Supernatural Launches Metabolic Optimization Membership—Putting Personalized Care and Longevity at the Forefront of the GLP-1 Revolution

What does progress look like beyond the number on the scale? Toronto longevity and wellness destination Supernatural is launching its Metabolic Optimization Membership with a broader focus: understanding your body, supporting your performance and building a foundation for long-term health.

Supernatural brings together personalized bloodwork, body composition and cellular health testing, medical oversight, nutrition coaching and in-person nursing support. Each member’s goals, health history, body composition and daily habits inform a personalized plan that evolves with them.

Weight management is one part of that approach, alongside nutrition, muscle preservation, recovery and healthy aging. For eligible members, GLP-1 medication may form part of an individually assessed treatment plan.

Personal Optimization Starts With Understanding Your Body

Membership begins with a medical consultation, health-history review, personalized bloodwork, body composition and cellular health testing, clinical photos and a discussion of individual goals.

These assessments establish a baseline and help the team follow progress over time. Changes in muscle mass, body fat and relevant blood markers are considered alongside nutrition, daily habits and how members feel. When medication is medically appropriate, a prescription is sent to the member’s preferred pharmacy.

“Testing helps us understand a member’s starting point and make informed decisions about their care,” says Ekaterina Mikhelson, Nurse Practitioner at Supernatural. “We consider nutrition, muscle preservation, treatment response and overall health together. Regular follow-up gives us the opportunity to reassess and adjust the plan as their needs change.”

The membership also provides a clinical setting for questions about “microdosing,” a term commonly used to describe lower-dose GLP-1 approaches. Members receive individualized guidance on treatment suitability, dosing, potential benefits, risks and the limits of available evidence. All prescribing decisions follow a medical assessment and ongoing monitoring.

As mail-order and virtual prescribing make medication more accessible, Supernatural brings a hands-on approach to the care surrounding it. Members have a team they can meet in person, testing to help track their progress and ongoing coaching to help them follow through.

Monthly clinical check-ins create a regular opportunity to review progress, address side effects and adjust the care plan. Nurses and coaches provide practical support with protein intake, nutrition, movement and consistency, with access to the clinic between appointments for questions and guidance.

Members who are uncomfortable administering their own medication can also access weekly nurse-administered GLP-1 injections, providing another regular point of contact with the care team.

Members can personalize their care with optional B12 injections and complementary wellness, recovery and aesthetic treatments, guided by their goals and clinical needs.

Membership Details

The Metabolic Optimization Membership is priced at $129 per month. Members who join by December 31, 2026 lock in a launch rate of $99 per month for as long as their membership remains active. Membership requires an initial three-month commitment, followed by month-to-month membership. Medication costs are separate, and optional services carry additional fees.

The membership combines in-person care with virtual follow-up options. Supernatural’s membership screening criteria require applicants to be 18 or older and have a BMI of 21 or higher; individuals with Type 1 diabetes are not eligible for this membership. Meeting these criteria does not establish eligibility for GLP-1 medication. Final acceptance, prescribing and all treatment decisions are determined through individual medical assessment.
